Vicki is the founding director of the Living Ethics School, now in its 31st year, and the author of two books on education: HeartWings: An Account of Children Learning through Heart-Centered Education and A Heritage of Great Thoughts: Advocates for Children Learning Naturally & Joyfully. Over the last 20 years, she has developed the ground-breaking, story-telling based Harmonies Way Teaching Stories curriculum as a natural approach to learning for 3 to 11 year olds.
With over 40 years of teaching experience, Vicki serves as an advisor/consultant to the school staff, ensuring a heart-centered education philosophy remains at our core. She has generously shared this wonderful 6 acre property with us to provide a home for the Inspired Learning Academy. She is our loving and wise elder.
