Scott Bradley is a Texas native with true grit. Born and raised in Fort Stockton, he graduated from Texas Tech University and then moved to Dallas, where he earned two law degrees from Southern Methodist University. As Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission for 15 years and Mayor of Westlake for 14 years, he battled developers to maintain the bucolic environment the town leaders envisioned, and was a founder of Westlake Academy, an International Baccalaureate World School.
